Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes, oud, musk, and fragrance items), all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The item is damaged upon delivery
• You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase and clear photos are required
