Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

We partner with third-party delivery companies to handle all shipments.

Delivery times are estimated as follows:

• Major cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): 1–3 business days
• Remote areas: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, Lamssaboutiq is not responsible for:

• Delivery delays
• Lost or damaged packages caused by the courier
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for failed deliveries. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Orders
